The therapist believes that the treatment has worked, but did it really work Julia now gets up to leave for the last time. Only it is somewhat difficult for her to get out of her chair because she weighs over 198.5 hefty pounds. During the therapy sessions she gained over 45 pounds of pure fat from eating what she craves.

Did the therapist care about this weight gain

Not all because Julia had resolved her emotional demons.

That is all that mattered to the therapist.
